Pricing & Reservation Terms

Experience Investments:
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and refer to fully curated private wine journeys in Veneto. Each experience includes 6 nights / 7 days of private, tailored immersion.

GOLD — CURATED DISCOVERY

A refined introduction to Veneto through boutique wineries, authentic cuisine, and seamless private transportation.
Investment: €3,500 – €4,500 per person.

PLATINUM — PRIVATE IMMERSION

An elevated, fully curated journey including exclusive wineries, premium dining, and dedicated private driver service throughout your stay.
Investment: €4,500 – €5,500 per person.

DIAMOND — BESPOKE PRESTIGE

An all-inclusive, week-long immersion featuring luxury relais accommodation, daily guided experiences, fine dining, extra virgin olive oil tasting, curated food encounters, a private day in Venice, and chauffeured transportation throughout the stay. Investment: from €5,500 per person.

Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your selected experience, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 61 days before the start of the journey.
  • From 59 days prior to arrival until the arrival date, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as each experience is privately curated and reserved in advance with our trusted partners to guarantee availability, exclusivity, and seamless coordination.

  • Availability is intentionally limited to preserve the private and exclusive nature of each journey.
